Meet The Advocacy Partners
Partner
Meet Suchitra Satpathi, founder and owner of The Advocacy Partners. Suchitra has been a practicing attorney in Louisiana since 2000 and holds a bachelor's degree in English from Xavier University of Louisiana, a Master’s Degree in African American Studies from Temple University and a J.D. from Temple University School of Law.
She has been constantly involved in Louisiana governmental affairs on federal, statewide, and municipal issues related to a wide range of topics including capital projects and planning, tax policy and finance, education, criminal justice, governmental ethics, procurements, and healthcare.
Partner
Meet Christian Rhodes, a principal in The Advocacy Partners since its founding in 2017. Christian has been a practicing attorney and lobbyist in Louisiana for over a decade. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Fordham University(’03). He is also a graduate of Loyola College of Law(’08), in New Orleans.
Christian grew up the son of a diplomat, and as such, was always fascinated by the intersection of government, business, and community interests... and the outcomes of those interactions.
Strategist
Meet Liza Albrecht, a member of The Advocacy Partners team starting in January 2021. Prior to joining the team, Liza received her Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in Sociology from Louisiana State University in 2020. While in school Liza interned in the House Fiscal Division for three years where she worked directly with the committees of Appropriations, Ways and Means, and Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget.
Liza operates as a support lobbyist as well as handles association management, PAC management, and social media management for clients.
